Ok so where do you rank a marathon All Star game on the list of greatest All Star games? Right now this is the 15th inning, and I cannot turn the channel. I am a NL supporter but for the life of me I cannot see this game going any longer, more so I am kind of rooting for a team to win so I can finish this Blog. If this goes any further this will be the longest in the history of MLB all star games. I don’t know how this is going to end, but damned if this is not a proper send off for Yankee stadium. Right now I would have to say that Russel Martin has to be in contention for the MVP nod, I mean he kept 3 runs from ending the game.
Scratch that Ludwick just had an amazing catch, he just jumped up three notches on the MVP scale. Welcome to the CJ almost Play by Play blog, I will blog until this game ends. All right the AL has two on with one out with JD Drew coming up, can a Boston Red Sox’s star become the hero? Lets see… Nope now the bases loaded with one out. Michael Young steps in with his hero shoes on…Pop Up… Morneau scores AL wins…again, Francona saves a beating from the Tampa Bay Rays and I am spent! 4 Hours 50 minuets and the AL has home field advantage in the World Series. Holy Cow!
Good Night and Good Luck!
